This chart shows the sections of BWBRS that the program advisor completes in preparing BWBRS for use by members in their program. It also shows the primary sections program advisors use to monitor and approve reports submitted by their members.

This chart shows a suggested workflow supported by BWBRS for students, site supervisors, and program advisors.

The program advisor or administrator's home page contains additional menus and functionality they utilize to manage BWBRS. On this screen we show the administrative reporting options for AmeriCorps program staff. The dashboard provides lists of tracking and analytical reports.

As you can see in the Member section of the BWBRS Tour, member profiles contain a wealth of detailed information that is used to track their enrollments, service activities, and allows for communication with program staff and other members.

This screen shows the list of service partners and positions available to members at a progfram or campus.

The detail view provides information on the partner agency and the service postion(s) available at that agency.

The program staff manage the descriptions of training and enrichment activities that their members can log hours against.

The description and category fields in the training and enrichment events profile allow for detailed analysis by type of training, audience, and issue/skill/knowledge areas covered.

Program staff can track member hours, including fundraising hours, for a given time period. Additional hour log tracking reports track AmeriCorps members hour log status (see below).

Program staff can track AmeriCorps member status based on their enrollment type. There are additional versions of this form which include more detail on program year, enrollment status, and enrollment and expected exit dates.

Community Learning Agreements are easily tracked in BWBRS. Below is the list view that summarizes the status of a group of students specified in the selectors at the top of the page.

Service Accomplishments are easily tracked in BWBRS. Below is the list view that summarizes the status of a group of students specified in the selectors at the top of the page. A similar tracking report is available for member Service Accomplishment reports.

This report allows individual programs or national program staff to analyze the breakdown of service and training hours by major issue areas. There are additional summary reports that show total hours with a list by sub-grantees.

This report allows individual programs or national program staff to analyze the breakdown of specific service and training hours by major issue areas.

Some programs require their sub-grantees to have signed service site partner agreements on file. This form is used by the central program staff to track compliance with that request. A similar form without the school (program) column is used for individual programs to track their compliance.

This tracking reports allows program staff to see which service positions require criminal background checks.

This tracking reports allows program staff to see which members are required to have a criminal background check and whether it has been completed. Each service position profile contains a field where program staff indicate if members serving at this placement are required to have a criminal background check. Separately, the member profile page contains a field that indicates if a member has, in fact, had a background check. These two pieces of information are combined on this report.
