This report shows the number of AmeriCorps slots that have been awarded to and enrolled by a subgranee, separated by grant (program) year. There is also a field to indicate if the sub-grantee site has submitted a signed (sub-grantee) site agreement. The email notifications integrated into BWBRS provides a powerful communication tool to and from staff and members at the national and local level.
Funders
BWBRS is currently used by the Bonner Foundation to manage its national and state AmeriCorps grants serving 1,000 members placed on approximately 50 campuses. We also use BWBRS to manage the Bonner Scholars Progfram, including grant allocations and other financial tracking reports.
We are currently modifying BWBRS to accomodate the needs of a National AmeriCorps Direct grantee. All of the reports under the Administrators section of this tour are available for national program staff, with options to target the report to a single sub-grantee or cumulative data.
We are also working to include additional reporting forms for lead funders who, like the Bonner Foundation, need to track basic grant award information (e.g., slots awarded, filled, funding provided, etc.). We believe these additional grantee tracking reports will be useful to State Service Commissions.
This tracking report shows the number of AmeriCorps slots that have been awarded by grant (program) year to and enrolled by each subgranee. The total awarded, enrolled, and available at the bottom of the page provides a convenient way for national program staff to monitor the enrollment progress of their sub-grantees.
