Members

This flow chart shows the steps a member will go through in using BWBRS. Programs outside the Bonner network may request a simplified or modified version of these forms.

This is the screen a member will see when they initially log into BWBRS. It contains news, calendar, hour log status information, as well as links to the sections of the website they will be using to report their activities or find new opportunities.

This is the form members use to describe their primary service commitment for the semester or year. It includes their position description, weekly time commitment, and goals for their service and learning. Members work with their site supervisor and program advisor to complete this form.

There is a print option for the Community Learning Agreement that includes signature lines for the member, site supervisor, and program advisor.

Members utilize this online data entry form to document their service and training hours. They are able to select their Community Learning Agreement, other service positions or training events listed by their program advisor in BWBRS.

Program advisors utilize this form to approve Hour Logs that have been entered by members. The "Foundation Received" column allows a parent organization to approve hour log entries, too, which may be required by some programs.

This is the form members will use at the end of the given time period to reflect and evaluate their service experience. The reflection and rating questions will be customizable by the program staff.

This form allows individual members to provide specific information on what they have accomplished through their service. The initial responses can draw from their service objectives found in their Community Learning Agreements. But, they can also choose to override these preliminary responses.

The porfolio page (found within the member profile section) brings together on one screen a summary of the member's activities reported in BWBRS.
