Project Management

The Bonner Foundation is the fiscal agent for this initiative. Robert Hackett, Vice President at the Foundation, is the Project Coordinator. A National Advisory Board that will guide this initiative. Randy Stoecker, Associate Professor of Sociology Research Associate in Urban Affairs at the University of Toledo, will continue his associatoin with this intiative as our lead evaluator. He is being assited by Dr. Agnes Caldwell from Adrian College.

Through this grant, subgrants are being awarded to six local and one regional campus-community partnership networks, as well as several individual campuses. Each campus-partnership has identified a lead contact who will be responsible for monitoring the activities of their network, managing the subgrants themselves, including all fiscal and program reports due to the national Project Director. We will require each local partnership to submit a detailed annual work plan, subgrant budget and budget narrative which we must meet our approval.

Other Bonner Foundation staff will be involved in recruiting, training, and supporting faculty, staff, students, and community partners at non-subgrantee Bonner Scholar campuses.
