Issue briefs are collections of discrete entries organized in the following sections:

• scope of the problem
• past policy
• current policy
• proposed solutions
• key organizations and individuals
• glossary

One important aspect of the issue briefs is that the Proposed Solutions (also referred to as Policy Options) and the Glossary of Terms are shared across all levels.

The policy options are organized in a planning tree format to make the distinctly different approaches available to decision-makers.

I'd like to figure out a way for these to be generated from the database, if possible.

For now, I refer to these as "policy option units" in the PolicyOptions.org Database field grid.pdf document.
