Data Entry page mock-ups

I have created draft mock-ups for the data entry pages for the PolicyOptions.org sites. These are not meant to be final design for the data entry pages, but rather to give you an idea of how they might look. Also, the size of the data entry fields are all one line for these mock-ups so I could fit most on the screen; some (such as the descriptive fields) will be taller to fit paragraphs of text.
