Allegheny College is a 540-acre campus located in the city of Meadville, a community that offers the history and natural beauty of northwestern Pennsylvania. Founded in 1788, the downtown district of Meadville is on the National Register of Historic Places.

Airline service to the area is most readily available through the airports in Cleveland, Erie and Pittsburgh. From either the Erie or Pittsburgh airports, you can connect with Greyhound bus lines or rent a car for the trip to Meadville. Prospective students traveling alone can be met at the Erie airport by an Allegheny representative if arrangements are made beforehand. In addition, the College provides a shuttle service to the Cleveland and Pittsburgh airports at the start and finish of each semester and each holiday break.
