Hour Log Summary
The Hour Log Summary page shows the hours for your members:
- Student Entered Hours: these are the hours the member has input into BWBRS;
- Advisor Approved Hours: these are the hours that the campus advisor has approved based on receiving signed, hardcopy hour log forms;
- Foundation Received Hours: these are the hours that the Bonner Foundation has received based on receiving original, signed, hardcopy hour log forms;
- Official CNS Hours: these are the hours that the Bonner Foundation has input into the Corporation for National Service (CNS) AmeriCorps tracking website;
- Last Modified: this is the last date the CNS Hours total was modified.
Clicking on the member's name takes you to their Bonner AmeriCorps Enrollment page.
We enroll members in Grant Years based on the availability of slots from the Corporation for National Service, so you may have to change the Set Grant Year to see all your students.
Finally, if you have any questions about the full list of members, use the "Email Bonner Foundation" button on this page and then write the message in the window that comes up.
