Step 1: Review/Add/Edit Allocation amounts copy
For the Fall & Spring semesters, the amounts are automatically generated by BWBRS and should be reviewed by the BSP Administrator for their accuracy.
Summer allocation reports are left blank since you must review and approve the summer service budgets submitted by active Bonner Scholars and review Loan Reduction Amounts.
Changing/Entering Amounts
To change individual entries, simply click into the fields and make the change. Be sure to use the Save button on the bottom right of the page to save your changes.
Changing Multiple Values
To change multiple allocation report amounts, click on the “Change Multiple Values” text button under available actions.
This tool allows you to change the overall value for any allocation column for groups of students or for a class of students.
First select the type of award (column) you would like to change from the dropdown menu.
Then select the group of students from the second dropdown menu.
Then enter the new dollar amount in the box
and hit the Save button. This will return you to the allocation report with the changes reflected.
