Students
The student profile section is where you enter information on each of your students into the system. Each student will have a single profile form completed for them.
The List view (below) is only available to administrators since individual members will only see their own profile. The List menu allows them to see a series of member lists, depending on your choice of PROGRAM and STATUS.
If you want to see a list of every member from your campus, then select Program: All and Status: All. Otherwise, you can narrow your selection by choosing a particular program and a status. Remember, however, that the Current Time Period affects the members shown since their status may be different from one semester to the next.
