Students :
Enrolling Bonner Scholars
The first section of the Bonner Scholar Program enrollment page displays the basic enrollment data. The Bonner Scholar graduation year should not be changed once a student enrolls in the program, even if they take time off and graduate later than they had orginally indicated. In other words, the Bonner Foundation needs to keep Bonner Scholars in their original graduating class.
Note: the two fields "Active in Semester(s)" and "Active in Summer" are not yet working. When activiated, they will display the total number of semesters and summers a Bonner Scholar has completed in the program. This information will become useful when calculating a student's Bonner loan reduction amount and also whether they are eligible to remain in the program during a fifth year of college.
The Bonner Scholar Enrollment History shows the beginning and ending status for each semester a student is enrolled in the program. The 1 and 2 represent the start and end status for each semester. If there is no change, then they will both be listed after the status; if there is a change during a semester, then the 1 will be used after their start status and the 2 after the new status (e.g., On Leave 2).
