Students :

Step 1: Adding a New Student

To begin the process of adding a new student to BWBRS, click on the Add text button on the left side bar.

 

The first section of the Add member form asks you to identify the program(s) in which the students are participating, when they will start, and their graduation year. The basic information is self-explanatory.

 

Once you’ve completed this page and saved what you have entered (the Save button is at the bottom right of every page you can edit BWBRS), you will be taken to the General section.

 

Note: Members should only have one profile in BWBRS regardless of how many programs they are enrolled in. So, for instance, if you are adding a new Bonner AmeriCorps member who is already entered in BWBRS and enrolled in the the Bonner Scholars Program, you can skip the Add member step and go directly to their Enrollment section for that student to add their Bonner AmeriCorps enrollment information. You should also confirm that their contact information has not changed.
