Step 3: Adding Contact Information

The contact information is used in various reports. Because students move around so much, we have included two other address options — summer and parent/permanent. Note that the summer address provides fields for the student to indicate the start and end dates for when their summer address will be active.

 

We will modify this label to “Address for Summer, Semester Away, or Leave.”
