System Settings :

Advisor Login/Profile

First, go to Settings > Advisors. To add campus advisors in BWBRS, click on the Add sidebar text button.

 

GENERAL INFORMATION


 

The top part of the screen shows a series of standard contact information.

 

Note: BWBRS requires campus advisors to have an email address.

 

ADVISOR ACCESS


 

All campus advisors should be given "School Advisor" access under the Permission pull-down menu. The school advisor has full control over the settings, students, and reporting functions of BWBRS for their campus.

 

We have yet to program specific permission levels for Group Advisor and Student Advisor levels, so please do not use these.

 

EMAIL ROLES


 

The email roles determine what email notifications you will receive from BWBRS. The options are as follows:

 

BSP Administrative Reporting: the following settings allow the advisor to receive from and send notifications to the Bonner Foundation for the respective reports. We encourage that both the Bonner director and coordinator have each of the Bonner Scholar administrative reporting roles.

 

FEEDBACK SETTINGS


 

The feedback preference is used to determine where user feedback submissions are directed.
