Students will participate in a two week virtual training through Tilting Futures, seven weeks of housing in Cape Town’s Observatory neighborhood, covers planned in-country cultural immersion activities, supports pick-up and drop-off at Cape Town’s airport for student arrival in-country and departure, and provides individual living stipends for food, transportation, and more.

The Manager advises and mentors undergraduate students through one-on-one sessions and group seminar sessions; facilitates program evaluation and student tracking in collaboration with colleagues across the Center; and represents the Center at student-, faculty-, and community-facing events.
