The Summer Fellowship Program supports the learning and engagement of highly-motivated individuals passionate about social change and equity while they engage in summer internships in the social impact sector.
Ideal candidates for the Summer Fellowship Program are:
Individuals preparing to enter the workforce, ideally undergraduate rising juniors, seniors, or recent graduates who have secured a summer internship at a mission-driven organization.
Committed to working within the nonprofit/social impact sector.
Growth-oriented and passionate about social justice, racial and gender equity work and community change.
Individuals with core leadership attributes including: resourcefulness, responsibility, independence, patience, integrity, energy, and a strong work ethic.
Summer Fellows meet virtually for training on Friday mornings for two hours, five times throughout the summer, while also being matched 1:1 with a mentor. The content of the sessions explore Nonprofit Sector Knowledge Building, Workplace Success, and Self Exploration/Career Planning.
