The University of Pennsylvania’s Fels Institute of Government is the most practical, personal public administration program in the Ivy League, featuring a small cohort of students taught by high-level practitioners and distinguished Penn scholars. The Master of Public Administration (MPA) is a 9 course, 9 c.u. program one-year program, which includes capstone project and summer internship, designed for early career professionals and individuals looking to pivot into the public administration or nonprofit sectors.
