The Bonner Foundation is launching a Streamlining Operations 2025 Summer Project to help campus community engagement centers and Bonner Programs manage their increasing workload more efficiently. The project will provide one-on-one training and mini-grants of up to $5,000 for summer intern stipends and subscription fees, focusing on implementing the Campus Center HQ platform in Notion to streamline internal project management and create external webpages for community-engaged activities.
Participating campus teams will be expected to attend Zoom training sessions, engage in one-on-one discussions with Foundation staff, and share their Notion setup developments with other participants to foster best practices. The project has no specific deadline, and teams can begin once they're ready, with funding available to support student interns who will work alongside staff members.
