Staff facilitate opportunities for students to develop leadership skills, engage with the community and create positive change. In a three-pronged approach, students Learn essential skills, Act in real-world scenarios and see Impact on their community and career. Experiences are built with career design in mind, ensuring transferable skills like communication, critical thinking, teamwork and problem-solving prepare students for their paths post-graduation.
