Centre College is actively hiring for their next Bonner Coordinator. This is a full-time AmeriCorps position with housing (apartment in a building with other young professionals working at Centre) and a meal plan provided. Questions can be directed to bonner@centre.edu.
Coordinator of Civic & Community Engagement and the Bonner Program
Providing direct mentorship and support to approximately 60 Bonner students through regular one-on-one meetings and supporting program management, including:
Weekly All Bonner meetings and Leadership Team meetings
Advising Site Leaders and Mini Grants Committee
Coordinating cornerstone events (First Year Trip, Sophomore Exchange, Junior Legacy Projects, Senior Presentations of Learning)
Managing Community Learning Agreements and accountability processes
Overseeing Summer of Service and senior funding proposals
Attending all required Bonner Foundation meetings (virtual and in-person)
Updating and maintaining the community partner handbook
Participating in required trainings (three in-person + monthly virtual; not to exceed 20% of service time)
