Center for Modern Aging Princeton Hiring an AmeriCorps Position

Center for Modern Aging Princeton (CMAP) is hiring AmeriCorps Team Members to help older adults thrive in the greater Princeton area. This is a strong fit for a Bonner alum or graduating senior interested in a public service-focused gap year.

  • Digital Literacy & Technology Education Associates

  • Volunteer Coordinator Associates

  • Intergenerational Program Associates

  • Programs/Services Associates

About the Center for Modern Aging Princeton (CMAP)

The Center for Modern Aging Princeton is a vibrant community nonprofit organization that has served older adults in Princeton and the surrounding region for more than 50 years. CMAP empowers people to age with purpose, dignity, and connection through social services, health and wellness programs, lifelong learning, and intergenerational initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Passion for community service and interest in aging, equity, and intergenerational work

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn

  • Reliable transportation to Princeton, NJ and schools/sites within 15 miles of Princeton, NJ

  • Open to applicants of all ages (18+)—whether you’re starting your career, completing an internship, returning to the workforce, building new skills mid-career, or seeking purposeful service in retirement
