Spring 2026 Common Ground USA Opportunities for ...

Common Ground USA has open applications for their student journalism cohort as well as open registration for their Administrator Boot Camp. The Boot Camp is free program designed for Bonner staff and faculty to help higher education leaders navigate campus conflicts effectively. Participants will engage in six online sessions to develop skills in crisis de-escalation, collaborative conversation, and trust-building, with the goal of enhancing campus cohesion and resilience. The Student Journalism Cohort is a paid national fellowship for student journalists to humanize differences and highlight solutions to shared problems.

Bard Summer Course Accepting Applications: Educating the Next Generation of Students in Voting Rights & Democracy

The Bard College Summer Voting Rights Course offers a three‑credit, online program that educates college and advanced high‑school students on voting rights and civic engagement, with tuition subsidized to $150 and limited financial assistance available. The experience includes expert speakers, workshops, and a certificate for participants who complete the coursework and civic‑engagement hours. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, with a preferred review deadline of May 1 and a final deadline of May 27.
