Mission

The Bonner Foundation's Food Security grant program provides approximately $800,000 annually in grants to community-based hunger relief programs primarily in New Jersey and in several communities where Mr. and Mrs. Bonner resided. The mission of the program is to provide food for the hungry.

The Get SET Afterschool Program of Trenton, NJ serves its youth healthy, delicious meals through the CACFP afterschool at-risk meals program. This federally funded reimbursement program enables afterschool providers to affordably serve youth filling meals, increasing their chances of excelling academically and socially.

The program's focus is on funding the purchase of food for anti-hunger initiatives.
