The position involves overseeing administrative, financial, and organizational duties for this national initiative that focuses on advancing undergraduate education. The ideal candidate will start in September and work closely with the Director to implement BT2P's mission and strategic priorities.

Position Summary
Bringing Theory to Practice (BT2P) is a national initiative, hosted at Elon University, that works to advance the core purposes of undergraduate education through innovation, advocacy, and research. We believe that all students deserve an education that fosters active learning, public engagement, and personal well-being and that these values require change in higher education. The Program Coordinator will serve as the lead administrator for BT2P, overseeing its operations, including budgeting and grants. The Program Coordinator will have both campus and outward-facing responsibilities, reporting to the Director and working with him and their staff colleagues to advance the mission of BT2P, implement strategic priorities, and plan programs, activities, and public events.
