Stetson University Hiring Interim Bonner Program Directo

The Center for Community Engagement at Stetson University is seeking an Interim Program Director for our Bonner Program for the Spring 2026 semester (January – May). This is a critical position that will ensure continuity and excellence for our 60+ Bonner students and 20+ community partners during a transitional period.

Key Position Highlights:

  • Duration: Spring 2026 semester (January – May)

  • Focus: Bonner Program operations, student support, and partner relationships

  • Housing: Furnished 1-bedroom apartment provided

  • Location: Sunny DeLand, Florida (escape winter!)

  • Required: Direct Bonner Program experience and familiarity

Ideal Candidates:

We're looking for someone with hands-on Bonner Program experience – perhaps a former Bonner coordinator, graduate assistant, or campus professional who has worked closely with a Bonner Program and understands its unique structure and philosophy. This interim role offers a wonderful opportunity for someone to step into leadership, gain valuable experience, or enjoy a semester in beautiful Central Florida while making a meaningful impact.
