The Center for Community Engagement at Stetson University is seeking an Interim Program Director for our Bonner Program for the Spring 2026 semester (January – May). This is a critical position that will ensure continuity and excellence for our 60+ Bonner students and 20+ community partners during a transitional period.
Key Position Highlights:
Duration: Spring 2026 semester (January – May)
Focus: Bonner Program operations, student support, and partner relationships
Housing: Furnished 1-bedroom apartment provided
Location: Sunny DeLand, Florida (escape winter!)
Required: Direct Bonner Program experience and familiarity

Ideal Candidates:
We're looking for someone with hands-on Bonner Program experience – perhaps a former Bonner coordinator, graduate assistant, or campus professional who has worked closely with a Bonner Program and understands its unique structure and philosophy. This interim role offers a wonderful opportunity for someone to step into leadership, gain valuable experience, or enjoy a semester in beautiful Central Florida while making a meaningful impact.
