The Bonner Center for Civic Engagement (CCE) at the University of Richmond is currently seeking a Deputy Director who will advance the Center's mission by aligning programs with the CCE'sattunement framework and providing leadership for CCE stakeholder teams and unit goals. The Deputy Director will promote cross-program and cross-campus collaboration and lead assessment strategy for community engagement initiatives.

More About the Position
Education & Experience: MA required; Ph.D. preferred. 8-10 years' experience in higher education and demonstrated experience working with students, faculty, administrators and community partners with preference given to work in civic education.
Work Schedule: Full-time; Exempt, Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM
Salary Structure: Grade 9 ($77,854 to $107,058 annually)
