Yoga and Meditation
In this session, we will explore two of the Common Commitments: Wellness and Spiritual Exploration! Though the discipline has existed for thousands of years, yoga has recently been popularized as a leading form of mental and physical exercise. By promoting a healthy balance between our body, mind, and spirit, individuals who partake in sessions reap the benefits of a holistic workout, reduce their stress levels, improve vitality, and much more. Everyone is welcome, whether it'll be your first time exploring the practice or your hundredth. Join us for this morning session and start your day off on the right foot. Make sure to pre-register to join.
