Bonner Foundation and the Fels Institute of Government at the University of Pennsylvania announce an increased scholarship for Fels’ Master of Public Administration (MPA) programs.
Bonner Scholars, / Leaders, alumni, or staff admitted will receive a guaranteed scholarship of $15,000 to pursue MPA and Executive MPA degrees, and all applications will receive waived application fees. The Fels curriculum, taught by high-level practitioners and distinguished Penn scholars, equips you with the analytical and managerial toolkit needed to enhance your public sector impact and solve societal challenges.
