Hiring! Lead the Change: AmeriCorps Program Manager in New Jersey

The New Jersey Coalition to End Homelessness (NJCEH) is seeking an AmeriCorps Program Manager to lead an innovative initiative aimed at transforming shelter culture across New Jersey. The NJCEH is a 501(c)(3) non-profit focused on eradicating homelessness through advocacy, education, and collaboration. The program will place 15 AmeriCorps members in shelters statewide to enhance services and support clients in obtaining and maintaining affordable housing. The Program Manager will design and manage the program, ensuring its effectiveness and compliance, while fostering relationships with host sites and supporting AmeriCorps members. This hybrid role requires strong project management skills, experience in grant reporting, and a passion for impactful social change, with travel expected throughout New Jersey and some nationwide.
